Nighthawk Studios is a small, family operation that began in 2006 to serve as a creative outlet for both home and garden.
This outlet has grown to where we can
offer Powder Coating Services to those who need small items done. We give attention to detail and offer a quick turnaround along with a large variety of colour choices.

Nighthawk Studios
Most of our pieces are cut by CNC plasma from 16 gauge steel. This process allows us create almost any design in metal. If you have an idea, please send it to us and usually we can recreate with little or no modifications.
All items finished in a solid colour are powder coated in our studio. This UV rated coating provides a durable surface suitable for outside use, either automotive or decorative.
The multi coloured pieces are finished with a metal wax. A clear coat has been applied which will protect the wax from weather, however this clear coat should be reapplied regularly as the sun's rays do break it down.
Other items have been left as raw metal so that the natural patina can provide it's own beauty over time. When the piece has reached to patina level you like, just apply a clear coat which will stop the oxidization process and keep your item the way it is.
Most items can be finished in your choice of colour, so please feel free to inquire.

Plasma cut steel can have sharp edges and should be handled carefully with gloves at all times. These products should be attached or placed away from accidental contact in a secure fashion.
Because of the handcutting and handfinishing nature of our products, some items may not be perfect and are intended that way. Slight distortions in the metal and finish are part of metal art and are considered character and not flaws. These variations ensure that your piece is one of a kind.
